My Unplanned Sabbatical

A journey with follicular lymphoma

A good day

Felt almost normal today. Attended an RD Advisory Committee meeting for the first half of the day which was interesting, picked up the girls from
school and did a bit of work. All rather good really.

Feeling so much better and stronger. I may even try to train tomorrow. Lightly. Want to start building up again before the next injection of jungle juice on the 20th of March.

I have been eating well but have still dropped 6 kgs. Rather concerning, have to hit the gym.

  1. hey duch, great to hear your feeling well……..take it easy though!!……..go slow, baci j. xx

  2. Serg: It is so good to hear from you. I read through your blog (I think this is the first time in my life I have done this, so you must be really important!) and it sounds like you’ve had a battle on your hands. I’m glad to hear that you are starting to feel a little better – hopefully you keep going in that direction. You are always in my thoughts and I’m making sure I include you in my prayers, my friend. If it helps, I know of this really great hotel in Hyderabad that has a couple of boys who give great massages – they’ll help make all of your worries go away :-).

    All my best,
    Sean

  3. Great to hear little brother – hopefully it keeps going like this until the net session – take it easy at the gym

    xoxo

  4. Hey Serg,
This is Alex Duchini, Frank’s son. I just heard today about everything and my sympathies are with you. I hope that things improve for you. You and the rest of the Duchini Australia family are in my prayers.

    Keep in touch, Love,

    Alex
