Descending
You feel yourself slowly shutting down, withdrawing, breathing shallower, body burning, stomach churning, descending to a place where you can allow this stuff to wash through you. Hopefully flushing away the bad stuff with some of the good.
Not good.
Waiting to resurface.

Oh no Serg. Hang in there. Read your previous post and thought great – all going good! So sorry you are feeling grotty now!
Our thoughts are with you.
Oh no… Hang in there. It will pass. Thinking of you.
Hang in there Serg, it will pass. It is a temporary bad for a long life good. Keep the spirit up even if the body is down. Think of the sun on the face and the sound of waves, and all those good things. You’ll be better soon.
There was a particular time in my life where I was going through some really heavy stuff and it was hard and horrible. I remember talking to a very wise friend of mine and telling them how unfair life felt. She said something that really made me think – she said “My theory is that people invite into their lives the very things they need even if they are not the things they want”.
My initial reaction was to reject the idea – why would any one choose hardship or suffering. But much later I reflected on it and I realised that she was right. Sand has to go through a 800 degree furnace to come out as glass on the other side and I guess its the same for people.
keep your chin up, focus on the end game and remember….if you’re going through hell, keep going.
So sad to hear you are not feeling well hopefully the next few days pass quickly – thinking of you – love mex
My thoughts are with you.
I hope that you can get some rest, hang in there.
Laura.

DUCH!! mate just keep the fluids up – go light, heavy, light, heavy. . . And you’ll be right. Try to keep yourself distracted from the ill feelings…. Some great comments sent through to you from many family and friends already. We’re all thinking of you. Keep your spirits up.
