A day at the beach

Spent the day at Merricks Beach with the family. It was a good day. Weather was mild and day was full of activity. Started with a long walk with the dog along the beach, then a bike ride with the girls followed by a bonfire in the back yard. Marshmallows and “billy tea”, simple pleasures.

It was great to hang with the girls and enjoy the day.

Feeling good but will retire early tonight.

Some tests tomorrow at Monash. I am about mid cycle.

  1. Hi Serge & Pet & ‘the girls’ (winners are grinners’!) – WOW a lot happens in a week – firstly thanks to you guys for a very nice Sunday ‘Sunday week ago’, Serge a super human effort to be up and about, enjoy lunch, do tennis with my boys as we could see you were tired – Mickey has his idol firmly in his sights!
We are now inundated with everything is ‘sic’ at Serges place and I now have to speed up the tennis court and the auto server before next summer!!! this would be awsome sic! so I am told
Serge the Sat nav will be great thanks. We had a great week in Port Douglas at NuremayaResort (very nice) just chilling out and relaxing, reading walking on the beach and ‘eating out’. Just read David Gillespies ‘Big Fat Lies’ – we are now off all sugar and polyunsaturated fats (yeah right!) – its an interesting read from a lawyers perspective (I believe he’s written three books)I had heard him on radio national and bought the book after hearing him.
Enjoy the beach, Easter with family, the big ‘Golden Elm’- Petra keep away from pools in the company of iphones lol – Sienna keep mum away from the water ok
    Thanks again

Mick & Donna Matt & Mickey

PS what a great game of footy the Hawks & Pies – and NO we are not talking about the Tigers till next week
